Junior Sales Specialist - Medtech

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic MedTech sales team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of inside sales experience who is eager to transition towards more field sales activities. As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will focus on expanding sales opportunities for key services, including Authorized Representative Services and our eIFU solution, as well as support the full MedTech business with qualified lead generation.
What do we expect from you as a Junior Sales Specialist?
- Take ownership of selling services such as Authorized Representative Services & our eIFU solution to new clients and growing the business to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Actively develop new business opportunities across our MedTech service offerings, with a focus on expanding our client base. In practice, this means:
- Work in close collaboration with marketing to nurture marketing qualified leads
- Researching and identifying potential accounts relevant for our business in MedTech (Medical Device and In Vitro Diagnostics)
- Developing new client relationships and sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Keep the client relationship warm until the opportunity can be qualified and handed over to the corresponding business development representative.
- Actively learn about the MedTech industry trends, evolving client needs and corresponding QbD Group services to deliver value to our customers
- Work in partnership with internal teams, sharing insights and aligning strategies to maximize business growth
Who are we looking for?
- You have a master’s degree in life sciences
- Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in sales, with 1-2 years in an inside sales role, and you are ready to transition into more field-based sales activities
- You have a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities and enjoy the challenge of reaching out to new prospects
- While you don’t need specific experience in the MedTech industry, an interest or affinity with this fast-evolving field is essential.
- You can work remotely from anywhere in the EU, but if you're close to one of our offices, we would love to see you there as well
- You are skilled at building relationships, engaging with clients, and presenting solutions that meet their needs.
