Time for an interview with HR. And that’s a two-way street!
We’ll try to find a match between your interests and the client’s needs and company culture. Do we both see a match made in heaven? Then we’ll offer you a contract!
Depending on the project and client, completing your Young Potential Program will take up to 12 months.
Start to work + grow
During a specialized training program in your first week with the QbD Group, we will prepare you optimally for the life sciences industry by giving you all the training you need as a consultant (intro GMP, QMS, QualVal, etc.).
You’ll get to sink your teeth into a specific project. Right off the bat! No worries, our experienced QbD consultants and your personal HR BP will be supporting you all the way.

After graduating last year, I joined QbD Group's Young Potentials Program, a thrilling one-week journey into life sciences. During that week we were introduced to various aspects of the life science industry ranging from Quality Risk Management to Validation. Since we started as a group, I bonded with like-minded peers, making the week both fun and educational. QbD Group is not just about work; everyone is always open for a friendly chat, and enjoyable after-work activities are organized so that you can get to know everyone in a relaxed way. You are also assigned a personal HR contact person who is available for all your questions. Together, you will collaboratively explore projects that resonate with your interests.
