Got questions?
Good. That's where partnership starts.
At job fairs across Flanders, students and starters ask us everything, about first days, career paths, team culture, and what life at QbD Group really looks like. We love those conversations. And we want to keep them going.
Below you'll find honest answers to the questions we hear most. Browse at your own pace, or come find us in person at an upcoming event.
Section 1: Kickstarting Your Career
-
Not here. Through the Young Potentials Program, you join as a cohort - learning, growing, and building your network together. Your ideas matter. Your contribution has real impact. From day one, you are visible, connected, and supported.
-
You kick off with onboarding, meet your team, and get set up to start learning from day one. And you won't be doing it alone - you join other graduates in the QbD Young Potential Week: an intensive intro week filled with training, company insights, and networking with fellow starters. Many friendships are made here, before your first project even begins.
-
You start with a competitive, standardized salary package, ensuring all graduates begin on equal footing.
After your first year, your growth becomes performance-based, with opportunities to increase your salary and benefits as you develop and make an impact.
From day one, you also enjoy a full range of extra-legal benefits, including meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, a wellness program, and flexible working hours. -
Our projects are built around collaboration between disciplines, countries, and experience levels. You might work with consultants, engineers, scientists, and quality experts at the same time. Partnership means combining strengths to solve complex challenges together.
-
We combine high standards with approachability. People help each other, celebrate successes together, and support each other when challenges arise. Partnership is not a slogan - it's how we treat colleagues, clients, and students alike.
-
There is no single typical day. Your work depends on the project and the client. One day you might be at a client site, another day collaborating with colleagues internally, followed by training or knowledge sharing. That variation is intentional. Partnership means balancing client work, internal collaboration, and personal development.
Section 2: Training & Knowledge Development
-
Every year, each employee receives training units for both technical and interpersonal development - but learning at QbD goes far beyond courses. Through coaching, feedback, and structured growth plans, you are continuously supported. Working alongside experienced colleagues and diverse teams accelerates your growth in ways no training alone can. Your development is a shared responsibility. It's discussed, applied, and built together.
-
Development happens on multiple levels: hands-on project work, formal training, mentorship, and clear career progression paths. Personal growth is just as important as technical expertise - partnership means supporting the whole person, not just the role.
-
Yes - and we mean it. You are in the driver's seat of your career. Your ideas and input are actively encouraged through open communication and regular follow-up moments. Innovation happens when people feel safe to contribute, regardless of title or seniority.
-
From your first day, you are surrounded by colleagues who guide, coach, and challenge you. You will work in teams, not in isolation. We invest heavily in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration because strong partnerships are the foundation of long-term growth.
Section 3: Your Career Path
-
That's completely fine. You can explore different domains before focusing on your expertise. Through projects, teams, and real conversations, you discover where your strengths lie. No pressure to have it all figured out from the start.
-
You grow step by step from junior to expert or leadership roles, based on performance. The path is clear, but flexible - guided through feedback, coaching, and regular conversations. Your career is a shared responsibility, not something you navigate alone.
-
We work across borders every day. You collaborate with colleagues from different countries and cultures, sharing knowledge and perspectives. Partnership goes beyond offices - it is about building global networks that strengthen everyone involved.
-
Because your career here is built through collaboration, trust, and shared ambition. When people partner up - with each other and with clients - everyone moves forward faster. And further. That's what we mean when we say: Accelerate Together.
-
QbD Group combines deep expertise with a human, collaborative culture. Projects are meaningful and complex, but the atmosphere remains accessible and supportive. We focus on long-term partnerships, with clients and with colleagues. That balance makes working here different from classic, high-pressure consultancy models.
-
The culture at QbD Group is professional, open, and people-focused. Colleagues help each other, share knowledge, and build strong relationships. Successes are shared, challenges too. Partnership is reflected in how people treat each other every day.
