Do you have a network in the vibrant life science industry and are a hero in building strong relationships with key decision makers? Do you have experience with selling high value Expert Services and Projects? Then this position might be a match!
What do we expect from you as Sales Director?
- You lead and develop the Spanish sales team. You get energy from being part of a successful sales team that accomplishes personal and team targets
- You lead by example by selling yourself into a number of key accounts
- You define and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate growth in Spain
- You and your team develop local business as well as international business with Spain based HQs
- You engage clients at senior level, leveraging your extensive network in Spain within the pharma industry (manufacturing sites, HQs & local affiliates)
- You work closely with marketing and different operational units in an international context
- You thrive by being part of a fast growing organization; you demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and can operate at a fast pace
- You are intellectually curious and want to develop your skills by being part of an international sales and marketing organization
- You will have a flexible working regime between offices and team in both Madrid and Barcelona as well as client meetings
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 10 years or sales experience and min 3 years of leading a sales team
- Minimum 10 years in the pharma industry with focus on Manufacturing /HQ across Spain
- You will be bringing a network of relevant contacts (QA, QV, RA, Site heads, GM's…)
- Track record in executing growth strategies and hitting sales targets
- You are fluent in Spanish & English, knowledge of French is a big plus
