We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen and help lead our international commercial team at QbD Group. We’re not just looking for a strategist or a team lead, we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, thrives in the field, and enjoys building their own pipeline just as much as developing others.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the strategic growth of our MedTech business, from market development to execution
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through your own prospecting
- Use your network to identify new opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients
- Guide your clients through complex projects, from clinical to regulatory to quality support
- Build strong connections with decision-makers at all levels, from operations to the C-suite
- Take full ownership of the sales process : from the first conversation to signed contract, with accurate follow-up in our CRM system
- Represent QbD at industry events and networking groups to further grow your influence in the MedTech space
- Mentor and inspire team members with your knowledge and commercial instinct
What you bring
- At least 10 years of experience in the MedTech sector, including 5+ years in a senior or leadership role
- A strong network in the medical devices industry, especially in areas like regulatory, clinical, and quality
- A proven track record in solution-based sales, ideally involving complex, high-value services
- The ability to connect with clients on both business and technical levels
- Familiarity with key standards and regulations: ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR, IEC 62304
- You’re confident, but you listen first. You build trust and know how to influence without pressure.
- You work in a structured, clear way and know how to use CRM tools to your advantage
