🏢 What you’ll be doing

Under the guidance of experienced QbD mentors, you'll take your first professional steps in the fields of Quality and Validation, with a focus on:

• Equipment, process, and software validation
• Integration of new products and technologies
• Compliance with regulatory standards in highly regulated environments

You’ll contribute within organizations active in:

• Pharmaceuticals
• Biotechnology
• Medical Devices / IVDs

These can range from well-established multinationals to cutting-edge start-ups.

You will bring fresh insights to:

• Managing quality-related risks throughout product development and manufacturing
• Validating processes and systems to meet strict regulatory demands
• Optimizing quality management systems (QMS)
• Supporting technology transfers and product launches

💪 What you bring

• A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a focus on Biochemistry or Chemistry
• A passion for innovation and technology in the Life Sciences
• Fluency in Dutch, or French, and a good command of English
• A hands-on attitude, flexibility, and a strong drive to learn
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication skills and a readiness to go the extra mile
