By strengthening strategic thinking, expanding professional networks, and refining leadership capabilities, participants will create a lasting impact while building a career designed for long-term success.

What is the Leadership Track?
The Leadership Track is a year-long program aimed at division heads and business unit managers who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. This program is for those who have already embraced leadership roles at QbD Group, with participants having submitted a Personal Growth Plan ahead of starting the program.
Throughout the program, participants will attend 8 intensive training sessions, with review sessions after every two modules to reflect on key insights. Topics covered include:

Develop resilience and the confidence to overcome challenges. This module helps you stay focused, lead with determination, and inspire others through tough situations.

Develop a strong commercial mindset and sharpen your networking skills to drive business success. Learn to identify market opportunities, build valuable connections, and position your team for growth in a competitive landscape.
