🏢 What you’ll be doing

In this role, you'll focus primarily on accounts payable while supporting the broader finance process for several entities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing accounts payable: receiving, checking, booking, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and responding to their questions.
• Supporting monthly closings and reporting activities.
• Assisting with VAT declarations.
• Helping prepare financial statements and audit documentation.
• Actively contributing to projects focused on the growth, optimization, and integration of financial processes.
• Reporting to the Accounting Lead.

💪 What you bring

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (or equivalent).
• You have an initial solid experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to accounts payable.
• You’re comfortable working with tools such as PowerBI, NetSuite, and ERP systems.
• You can quickly learn new accounting packages.
• You’re a team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (French is always a plus).
