🏢 What you’ll be doing

• You take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for QbD Group:

  • Your focus lies on attracting experienced medior and senior profiles who bring added value to QbD Group

  • Managing a diverse variety of recruitment missions, from intake to offer

  • Continuously identifying and attracting talented people using databases, LinkedIn/social media, your personal network, and recruitment events

  • Matching our QbD’ers to projects that align with their ambitions and expertise

• You work hand in hand with our division heads, sales and customers and support them in the search for Life Sciences talent:

  • You understand hiring needs like no other

  • You help shape their teams and support them in achieving their objectives

  • You challenge profiles and requirements where needed and advise on market availability

• You build and maintain a strong network of (freelance) Life Sciences specialists, with a strong focus on Belgium and the Netherlands:

  • You expand our freelance community and create long-term partnerships

  • You actively map the market and develop talent pipelines for strategic roles

• You develop innovative sourcing strategies and contribute actively to employer branding, in close collaboration with QbD’s marketing team

• You analyze recruitment data and funnel analytics to continuously improve performance and impact

• You will work from QbD HQ in Wilrijk, supported by a top-notch HR team

💪 What you bring

• Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (preferably at senior level), ideally within Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices, clinical research, engineering, QA/QC, regulatory, etc.)

• OR you are a scientist with Life Sciences experience, ready for a career move into recruitment

• Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences market and hiring challenges in Belgium and the Netherlands

• A relevant candidate network in BE/NL, and the ability to activate it quickly

• A passion for people, recruitment, and building long-term relationships

• Excellent stakeholder management skills: you are a trusted partner for the business

• A proactive, creative and hands-on mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus — any additional languages are a strong asset for our international growth!)
