• Strengthen our HR capacity in the Netherlands by bringing senior expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to a growing organization.

• Act as a strategic sparring partner and sounding board for C-level executives, division heads, and global leads on workforce planning, performance, and talent strategy.

• Translate QbD’s group HR strategy into impactful local initiatives that drive real business results.

• Build trusted relationships across the organization – be the person people come to, whether it’s a manager needing advice or a colleague needing support.

• Handle sensitive and complex conversations head-on: performance discussions, dismissals, complex talent challenges with our customers, .... You don’t shy away from the hard stuff.

• Recruitment is not something you grow out of – it’s the engine of a scaling business and a core part of this role. You lead by example.

• Own the full recruitment cycle for the Netherlands: from strategic workforce planning and intake, through sourcing and selection, to offer and close.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both permanent hires and freelance consultants to support project delivery and flexible resourcing.

• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to anticipate talent needs before they become bottlenecks.

• Continuously sharpen our employer brand and recruitment processes in the Dutch market.
