🏢 What you’ll be doing

• Handling and managing calls regarding inquiries about medications, as well as any technical complaints.

• Local and international bibliographic searches according to the needs of each client (local journals, PubMed, Reactions Weekly...).

• Searches in the European agency (MLM, L2A)

• Weekly review of each alert to inform the client.

• Review of regulatory agencies to find alerts, variations in technical specifications or any kind of important information on the principles used by each client.

• Promotional materials review and translation support

• Teamwork, both with people from the IM department, as well as with colleagues from VF, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials.

💪 What you bring

• University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.)

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Industry or related. Desirable.

• No experience needed
