🏢 What you’ll be doing
Employees belonging to this professional category perform clearly established functions focused on the learning plan of the internship with specific instructions and a high degree of organizational dependence.
Main general responsibilities
To join the Collaborating Entity on the agreed date.
Comply with the timetable and respect its rules of operation, safety and occupational risk prevention.
Comply with the training project following the instructions of the tutors (both Azierta's internal training and the training provided by the clients in the projects involved).
If the student leaves the extracurricular internship before completing the period of time indicated in the Annex regulating external internships without a justified cause, he/she will not be able to apply for another extracurricular internship with the FLT Academy internship department.
Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all information to which they may have access because of the internship.
Main Specific responsibilities
Case management (data entry, control of pharmacovigilance cases in post-marketing and/or clinical trials, or related to medicinal, health and cosmetic products).
Contact with HCP and patients/consumers (for follow-up information).
Handling medical information and responding to any complaints.
Support in local and international literature search activities.
Support in authority search activities.
Support in website/social media monitoring.
Support in reconciliation activities.
Support in any other type of departmental activity.
Teamwork, both with people from the PV department and with colleagues from IM, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials.
đź’Ş What you bring
Studies required:
University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or any branch of Health/Life Sciences.
Postgraduate degree related to the pharmaceutical industry optional.
Required skills:
High spoken and written level of English and French.
Desirable ability to work in a team and social and communication skills.
Desirable analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Knowledge of MS Office desirable.
Demonstrable interest in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacovigilance.
Skills to develop:
Acquire broad theoretical knowledge in PHARMACOVIGILANCE.
Acquire practical experience and experience in teamwork and cooperation with other professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
Achieve optimal levels of interpersonal and organizational understanding.
The internship plan will allow the student to integrate and get to know in detail the professional work within the biopharmaceutical sector.
