To support our teams to expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with a strong orientation to detail and internal client.

🏢 What you’ll be doing

• Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles

• Publication of job vacancies and CV screening

• Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests

• Support in the direct search for international profiles

• Database management and follow-up of vacancies

• Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company

• Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates

• Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona

💪 What you bring

• Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.

• Minimum level of English C1

• Ability to organise and be autonomous

• Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
