🏢 What you’ll be doing
Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for medicinal products, medical devices in accordance with applicable national and EU regulations, industry codes, and company procedures.
Provide regulatory advice regarding advertising, promotional claims, scientific communications, educational materials, and patient-facing content.
Assess compliance of marketing and communication materials before external use.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
Support the preparation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of marketing authorizations.
Contribute to regulatory submissions, variations, renewals, and compliance activities.
Monitor regulatory developments related to pharmaceutical advertising and promotional practices.
Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance initiatives where required.
Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal quality systems.

Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
Strong knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical advertising requirements and relevant EU legislation.
Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of medical information, scientific communications, and compliance processes.
Experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
